Guardian

Unlimited care records and circle members, 50 GB vault, the iPhone and iPad app, audit-log and full data export, the annual continuity drill, and priority support. For guardians, trustees and care managers holding records for several people.

If you ever stop your subscription, your vault becomes read-only — never deleted. You and the people you trusted keep access to every record, every document, and the emergency Care Summary, for as long as you keep the account.

Questions about billing

What happens to my records if I stop paying?

Your vault becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. You keep reading every record, downloading every document, and sharing the emergency Care Summary — and so does everyone you trusted with access. We think a care vault that holds your information hostage isn't a care vault, so we don't build one. To make changes again, restart a plan.

Do the people I share a record with need their own subscription?

No. Successors, contributors and viewers are guests on your plan and always free. If a successor ever has to step in, they will never meet a paywall — that moment is the entire reason this product exists.

Is a card required for the trial?

Yes, but you aren't charged until the 14 days are up. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing. We'll email you three days before the trial ends.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, in Billing — up, down, or between monthly and annual. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.

What about the iPhone and iPad app?

The iPhone and iPad app is included with the Family and Guardian plans at no extra cost; the Essentials plan is web-only. Your subscription is managed here on the web and the app simply reflects it.
