CareVaultHub is HIPAA-aware by design.

CareVaultHub today is operated as a direct-to-consumer tool — most individuals using the platform are not covered entities, so HIPAA obligations do not formally apply to your personal use of the service.

That said, we build the platform like a covered entity ourselves:

• Encryption in transit and at rest for all care data and documents.
• Audit logs for every access to sensitive sections (insurance, legal, financial).
• Role-based access control with least privilege.
• Required two-factor authentication.
