A care continuity vault
CareVaultHub keeps the medications, diagnoses, providers, insurance, legal documents, and trusted-circle handoff plans for the people you care for — ready the moment someone else has to step in.
Free to start · No credit card · Your data, encrypted, never sold.
Three jobs, done well, so the rest of your family is never left guessing.
Generate an emergency-ready PDF with identity, conditions, medications, allergies, and emergency contacts — printable, shareable, always current.
Optional periodic check-ins make sure the vault still has someone watching it. Miss too many, and your trusted successors are notified — on your terms.
Name the people who should get access if you can’t be there. Nothing is shared until you say so — or until the check-in schedule releases it.
Three short steps. Most people finish in under 30 minutes.
A child, a parent, yourself — one record per person. There’s no limit.
15 short steps gather contacts, providers, medications, allergies, legal docs, and more.
Pick successors and a check-in cadence. The vault stays quiet until it’s needed.
Every page is HTTPS-only, every record is stored on encrypted Azure SQL.
Audit logs, role-based access, and least-privilege APIs — we built like a covered entity, even if we’re not yours.
We don’t sell, share, or train models on your information. Export everything any time.
Parents of children with complex care needs, adult children of aging parents, solo adults who want their care wishes recorded — anyone whose life would be harder for someone else to manage in an emergency.
The core vault — care records, summary PDFs, contacts, basic continuity check-ins — is free during this preview. Premium plans are coming for advanced multi-successor flows, document storage tiers, and team accounts.
If you’ve enabled the continuity plan and you miss the check-in window you configured, your designated successors are notified and given access to the records you’ve marked shareable. You set the rules; the vault follows them.
Yes — the one-page care summary PDF is available any time, and a full JSON export is available on request today (self-serve export is on the roadmap).
