Who is CareVaultHub for?

What does it cost?

What happens to my records if I stop paying?
Your vault becomes read-only — it is never deleted. You keep reading every record, downloading every document, and sharing the emergency Care Summary, and so does everyone you trusted with access. A care vault that holds your information hostage isn’t a care vault, so we don’t build one.
Do my successors need to pay too?
No. Successors, contributors and viewers are guests on your plan and always free. If someone ever has to step in for you, they will never meet a paywall.
What happens if I stop checking in?
If you’ve enabled the continuity plan and you miss the check-in window you configured, your designated successors are notified and given access to the records you’ve marked shareable. You set the rules; the vault follows them.
Can I export my data?
Yes — the one-page care summary PDF is available any time, and a full JSON export is available on request today (self-serve export is on the roadmap).
